      Pros

      Each facility had a great degree of autonomy with decision making for what works best for the building. High tendency for promotions over external hires.

      Cons

      Same problems you find in healthcare all over the states. Particularly after covid has wreaked unmitigated havoc on operations in every department but particularly nursing. Again, this is a problem that is rampant in all healthcare facilities that has lead to a burnt-out culture just trying to survive.
