      Pros

      Colleagues who care about you, work that end of the day improves customers' lives.

      Cons

      Extremely volatile CEO; no space to voice opinions or ideas; unstructured work environment with no scope to provide feedback on any aspect. Two instances where female colleagues have expressed how the CEO made them uncomfortable by hugging them and complimenting their scent. HR turns a blind eye of course.

      Pros

      Great benefits including health, dental, and 401k contributions, as well as an EV stipend if you own an electric vehicle. The people who work here are great and all very smart, kind individuals.

      Cons

      Management tends to be opaque and sometimes unstable. There is not a lot of motivation to be innovative or have your own ideas on a company level.
