      Pros

      Great location, benefits and compensation. Nice work environment except for temperamental CEO.

      Cons

      Volatile CEO. Most employees are 1st job hires, so mentoring by experienced seasoned co-workers is rare. Many employees find transitioning their unique experience here to the needs and expectations of other firms is difficult when they decided it is time to move on.

      Pros

      Colleagues who care about you, work that end of the day improves customers' lives.

      Cons

      Extremely volatile CEO; no space to voice opinions or ideas; unstructured work environment with no scope to provide feedback on any aspect. Two instances where female colleagues have expressed how the CEO made them uncomfortable by hugging them and complimenting their scent. HR turns a blind eye of course.
