Location in downtown San Diego is central lots of options for food and shopping. The people are supportive and it is a very open culture. The team has put in a lot of work to create a cultural DNA that is inclusive and supportive. Great travel schedule compared to other consulting companies. Management is involved and approachable.

There is a lot of work to be done, so at times people can be busy, but with persistence they will fit you in when they can. Employees have to have a strong sense of initiative, which can be difficult for some.

There are no pros for this company. They are considered the lowest available option for anything to do with data engineering, finance, or consulting.

Too many to list. However, they are pushing Microsoft Fiber onto their clients. Their job is to convince their potential clients to use Fiber over Databricks, Snowflake, or any other data engineering platform. They have spent most of their money on Microsoft Fiber and now they are forced to sell it. This is despite the fact it is the worst option for most companies. They pigeon holed themselves into offering the worst solution.
