Pros
Still a few amazing people left to work with, but everyone is steadily leaving as they find something else. The company is great at making tons of money for its equity partners and upper management.
Cons
So totally chaotic and unorganized you constantly question how long the company will retain its customers and whether or not you will have a job a week from now. Getting a clear yes or no answer on anything is impossible, no one knows what’s going on. When you ask a question about a policy that is unclear you are passive aggressively made out to be incompetent. Things are constantly changing so much management doesn’t even know what direction we are heading. Constant gaslighting when you don’t do things exactly like they want them, but yet you are given no clear direction to begin with.
Pay structure does not have anything to do with experience levels, contribution or overall value the individual brings to the company. Even the ones who pretend to be happy seem genuinely miserable and are all just putting on a show to make it through the week and get a paycheck. Over all it’s like a hot potato of responsibility that people throw around in order to keep from having to create real solutions to serious issues that ultimately down the line determine patient diagnosis results for cancer testing.
