Pros

The work environment is really the best I've ever experienced. HR takes really seriously the culture and the employee well being. Policies that normally are only formalities in other companies, Avature really own and mastered them. Inclusion, flexibility, career development are more than simple titles. If you're looking for a company that truly cares, do not hesitate in applying.

Cons

Benefit package is not that attractive for senior talent, HR was working on it at the moment I left the company so I suppose by now it has improved seriously (as I mentioned on the Pros, HR takes their business really seriously at Avature)
