1 home office day/week, 3 wks vacay your first year, free fruit & coffee, many wonderful people work there, people respect work hours
Cons
company: no investment in ongoing learning/prof dev, stopped adjusting salaries for inflation, don't invest in manager training or experienced managers which makes it very poorly managed, tons of inefficiencies, evals are entirely subjective from the manager with no quantitative info and no other opinions, no opps to give 360 feedback on managers or coworkers although we sold this to our clients
