Pros
Personally, I find the work culture quite relaxed and manageable. The focus is primarily on SaaS products, ensuring a steady stream of tasks. It’s a great environment to deepen your domain expertise for specific clients. Additionally, there are opportunities for extended onsite business trips or fully-sponsored advanced education programs for those who qualify.
Cons
On the downside, there’s still a hint of 996 work culture during peak seasons. Communication can be time-consuming, especially when deciphering legacy logic left behind by former employees—you’ll mostly be self-studying to figure things out. Also, the tech stack rarely adopts modern software architectures, so if you want to innovate, you'll have to take the initiative to implement and prove its effectiveness to the tech lead.
