As a member of the HR team, I’m sorry you feel that our team is posting fake reviews. I can assure you that no one is doing this. While members of our team may have posted their own personal reviews, and no one is posting fraudulently. We invite our staff to submit reviews here on Glassdoor – but we are always looking for honest feedback.
Having a strong management team is important to us, and so is building up our talent from within. We do occasionally promote team members to management roles based on merit and contribution to the business. We’re quite proud of how members of our leadership teams have grown their careers within the company. At the same time, we are continually looking at ways to expand and sharpen the skills of our existing managers as well as enable a smooth transition to individuals who are promoted to people manager roles. We are currently in the process of rolling out a new people manager training series for this purpose. In addition to that, we’re aiming to continually build on our general training programs that educate our employees on products and help develop their careers.
We’re sorry to know that communications with other regional offices fell short of your expectations. This is a challenge for any global company and something we’re actively working on improving – whether it be through the implementation of global, companywide town hall broadcasts from leadership or embracing the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies for collaboration internally.
