Pros

- Good O365 products with bright future - Privately owned - Great place for recent graduates to get hands dirty and find more money elsewhere - Are some talented individuals within business that can provide experience to junior employees, however the best minds often leave the business seeking better remuneration and growth pretty quickly

Cons

- Horrible remuneration packages - Horribly inexperienced management team at C-Level and though regions - Lack of training for employees - Morale is low and culture dying within APAC - Sales targets are very unachievable in most cases that has led to poor morale and high turnover - Not loyal to proven employees and often have global layoffs every couple of years - must be due for their next one! - Horrible Share Option plans for their employees - Frustrating business operations based in China causing really poor communication that leads to more work for regional staff - Nothing more than a sweatshop that shows no loyalty to its employees! - Not an work environment for experienced/mature employees - Poor internal systems such as CRM that will frustrate sales teams

Having a strong management team is important to us, and so is building up our talent from within. We do occasionally promote team members to management roles based on merit and contribution to the business. We’re quite proud of how members of our leadership teams have grown their careers within the company. At the same time, we are continually looking at ways to expand and sharpen the skills of our existing managers as well as enable a smooth transition to individuals who are promoted to people manager roles. We are currently in the process of rolling out a new people manager training series for this purpose. In addition to that, we’re aiming to continually build on our general training programs that educate our employees on products and help develop their careers. We’re sorry to know that communications with other regional offices fell short of your expectations. This is a challenge for any global company and something we’re actively working on improving – whether it be through the implementation of global, companywide town hall broadcasts from leadership or embracing the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies for collaboration internally.
