Pros
The company is doing well and give its employee high level of autonomy and trust, which I appreciate.
Cons
Too many people take every feedback personally. Some people, especially in Marketing team, want to look perfect upfront, and actually confront people saying how they don't like it when we talk about their work upfront. This really hinder progress and made other employee spent unnecessary energy.
