      Pros

      was a good place to build experience before moving up somewhere else.

      Cons

      pay isn't great, 5 years to be fully vested in 401k, no bonuses, lousy health insurance (high premium/high deductible). before ACA there was no health insurance, only reimbursement. company fought getting health insurance tooth and nail. no room for promotion.

      Pros

      Loved my job, not the company.

      Cons

      To much favoritism toward employees from owners and upper management. NO room for advancement. Hard to get family or vacation time off. Raises are not given out without you asking and fighting for it. Not even cost of living raises!
