Pros

My experience with Averro has been one of the brightest highlights of 2025. The recruiting team was not only professional but genuinely thoughtful about my skills and career goals. While this should be the standard, Averro truly stood out for being reliable, predictable, and consistently respectful. They understand that when their contractors feel secure in their employment contracts, they can focus on doing their best work. Averro also demonstrated excellence in both onboarding and offboarding. While I accepted another opportunity mid-contract, they could not have been more gracious or professional throughout the transition. If you have the opportunity to work with Averro, don’t hesitate. They offer great clients and operate with true professional integrity.

Cons

My experience was 100% positive.

Pros

I worked with Averro as a contractor for one of the Big 5 Company. The recruiter Molly Kuse was very friendly and helpful throughout the interview process. Unlike other agencies, the Averro team kept in touch and ensured I have a good working experience.

Cons

No cons to report :)

Pros

Each individual team is kind of its own ecosystem here; the team I worked under was fantastic. The Recruiting and Sales teams worked together often when coming up with policies and contests so that no one side was operating in a cone of silence. They like to promote from within, they allow work/life balance (and encourage it) and in my group there was zero micromanagement. It was one of the better groups for trusting that people would do their job and do it properly, with accountability. HR is good and responsive, and benefits are really decent for a company this size.

Cons

Executive leadership is shared and more often than not deaf to the concerns of its employees. Decisions seem to be made in a vacuum with little to no interest in the effects those decisions might have company-wide.
