Pros
It makes you dream at the beginning - it does not last much though
Cons
- 12 hours shift with no minimum payment guaranteed - Self-employed approach, which means no sales, no payment. - From your sales, you only get part of it as the rest goes to the "management" of the company (for which you are not officially even working) - Ponzi scheme approach, which means you will make money only if you manage to convince others to "chip in" from their own sales, and they manage to convince others. - All expenses need to be covered by you (train tickets to get to the various locations, petrol, meals (when they allow you to eat), others). So instead of making money, there will be some days where you actually will lose money. - "Handmaid's tale" approach as well, which means "cannot talk poor about anything", you are not allowed to say what you feel, think , etc
