1. Good bonding with colleagues

1. Current management does not have any leadership quality to lead the team. 2. Current management does not care about staff wellfares and do not bother to do extra step 3. Current management does not have take accountability to assist the staff solving complicated issue, instead let the staff handle everything alone 4. When harassment issue being raised, current GM nor VP rectify the problem, but instead bluntly finding excuses to buried it as in no problem within the management. 5. Prolong hire process which executive staff need to shoulder extra Manager workload, yet nor assistant from current management 6. ZERO communication within the management and the staff which leads to no transparency (always in the dark hole) 7. ZERO encouragement towards staff to encourage hunting for new accounts 8. Always procrastinated client request which leads to dissatisfaction and loss of trust with AVIAREPS

Interesting clients. Some good colleagues across the wider European network.

Cons

The London office struggles significantly once experienced team members leave, which is often. Clients quickly feel neglected due to poor a very reactive rather than proactive approach. High workload and unrealistic deadlines often lead to burnout, with little support for work-life balance. Management style can feel quite demanding and at times toxic, with pressure to deliver results without adequate resources or recognition. Recruitment for replacements or support is extremely slow, leaving clients without proper support. Overall, the company seems to rely heavily on a few strong individuals and lacks proper structure or backup. This leads to declining service quality and frustrated clients.
