Pros

Don't find anything to write.

Cons

Product is not stabilised. Poor office timings..you might need to work for late hours. No work life balance...always create issues while approving holidays. Inadequate Hiring process. No fixed date for salary....always come late. No experienced staffs. Confused about their mission and Vision.

Pros

As an employee at Aviconn for over 8+ years growing from Intern to Project Head ( Operations). I’ve seen what makes this company truly special when walking hand to hand with Aviconn. The work environment here is both collaborative and supportive. Aviconn puts a lot into employee's growth, offering many workshops and training sessions. The leadership team is open and clear. They share company goals regularly and encourage us to give feedback. Aviconn offers flexible work hours, making it easier to balance work and personal life. The compensation is fair, with good benefits and package that includes health insurance and performance bonuses. Overall, my time at Aviconn has been very rewarding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and supportive place to work

Cons

Saturdays are working days; we should have at least every other Saturday off.
