This company will give you plenty of reasons to hate it for the rest of your life. 1. Starting with the management, one of the company's co-founder is really ill-mannered, shameless and does not know how to behave with people. A lot of employees leave the company because of his behaviour towards the employees. 2. The company hires people as trainee or intern at a very low salary(Rs. 4000 to Rs. 10,000) saying that they will get a monthly bonus of Rs. 2000 as a performance bonus to be paid on a six months review basis(which they will never pay). Then, they will harass the person to work as a full time employee and put him/her under lots of work load. 3. Salary is always delayed by a month very casually. When it comes to getting any work done then they will treat you with all sorts of ways but when it is time to pay the salary then time is no more crucial for them. 4. Salary increment will always be way below the expectations. The salary they offer after the initial six months will be no where even close to any industry standards because they do not have any standards. 5. Leaving this company could be your worst nightmare. At first, they will try not to give you any offer or appointment letter at the time of joining which mentions about a three months notice period but even if you are ready to serve the three months notice you will not be paid any salary in those three months and it will be paid in another three months. So, it will take at least six months to get rid of this company. 6. During the three months notice period, they treat their employees very badly so that the employee leaves the company in frustration and thus they do not have to pay the pending salary for those months and do not have to give the experience and relieving letter also. 7. They even give negative feedback for the next company holding personal grudges against the employee for leaving the company. It's really hard to figure out what kind of mentality they posses. 8. Apart from these, there is no work culture, employees are asked to spend money for company's work, there are only two holidays available for each month which cannot be carried forward, late night overtime working hours, all Saturdays are working and last but not the least, they can't even afford to provide tea or coffee for their employees.
