You’re not considered as an individual, the company will make moves that can significantly affect you and your income without batting an eye
Everyone is underpaid and overworked. They have a list of everyone that is underpaid and you have to fight to maybeee get a little raise
They don’t celebrate your wins
People are placed into management positions over departments that they have no experience in so it is super unorganized and they make a lot of moves that don’t make sense/ drive the company in the wrong direction, they rely on AI to make decisions
