Great culture - Project Manager Avidity Biosciences Employee Review

Interning at Avidity was absolutely a 10/10! I learned an incredible amount, and I'm very grateful for this opportunity to have given me a start to my career. My manager was great, my team was cooperative, there was 0 micromanaging. The culture is one built on trust and respect! The hybrid schedule was very flexible for me, and my manager didn't ask about my whereabouts as long as I got my work done. Huge plus for a stacked kitchen with coffee and snacks, and they bought us lunch whenever we had intern events! Great company, great people, great culture. I hope I only work in environments like this for the rest of my career.

Really can't think of many. There aren't enough desks for all employees so you usually need to work in common areas when in office. But that's hardly a con worth considering.

Salary, benefits, focus on patients, focus on employees.
