Stay Away at All Possibility - Corporate HQ Employee Avinger Employee Review

I loved being a part of the Avinger team. This company is made up of employees who genuinely care about one another and also care about the product itself. Avinger has a very welcoming environment with employees who truly want to work hard and do their best.

I can't think of any cons at this time :)

People are sometimes helpful, willing to get to know you as a person.

Odd management style of intentionally blocking engineers from participating on new projects, incurring a sense of being left-out. Almost feels like you need to suck up and put on a fake persona to get to participate, else be allocated brain-smoothing tasks. All design stems from one person, providing input or proposing alternatives are usually just met with passive aggressiveness.
