Pros
Good working environment! Lots of friendly and dedicated employees! MOST managers are pretty good. PTO is pretty progressive. Outside of nursing, things are fairly laid back.
Cons
We keep growing and expanding and offering new services... but do not have the necessary resources to do things right (see below). Pay in many areas is average at best, and in some cases below average.
