Unique rural health care system. Growths oriented and so many specialties offered through providers and ancillary services. Great work atmosphere and interdepartmental teamwork. Very employee is valued no matter the role they serve.
Cons
Sometimes the pay scales get stuck for any growth with cost of living. Adjustments due come at times to help get the scales in line with current rates for certain positions.
