Family atmosphere among staff, free CEU's for classes taken, nursing shared governance in place, tuition reimbursement to better yourself in college, great Sim Lab and education department.
Cons
No accountability for violating policies - including physicians, not being standardized in care/practice across all 3 campuses, more focus needs put on our patients
