      Pros

      People were nice and I had a great manager while I was there. The benefits and compensation were good. Very large company.

      Cons

      Company culture is slow moving when it comes to change. Not a good place to work if you are entrepreneurial. Definitely a good ol' boys club that is carrying a lot of dead weight even after many lay offs.

      If you value stability and job security, this is the place to be. Avnet benefits from all the business being routed in from semiconductor companies. Good work life balance.

      Insurance and benefits could be better.

      Large company ok benefits, pay is ok

      Cons

      No structure, no training, high expectations, terrible management skills, only cares about numbers not quality in work. On going numbers game cycle. (QBR drives productivity)
