      Nice place to work if they change the leadership

      Cons

      the leads have no experience at all they got their jobs through connections,you will see new employees come and go within days ,zero training ,they lay off more than CISCO,they post the jobs as temp to hire which there is no hire a lot of people lost their jobs because of that.

      Large company ok benefits, pay is ok

      Cons

      No structure, no training, high expectations, terrible management skills, only cares about numbers not quality in work. On going numbers game cycle. (QBR drives productivity)
