Interview process - Contract Remote Therapist LCSW Aware Healthcare Employee Review

The cons significantly outweighed the pros.

I do a decent amount of consulting work and did some contract work for this company in 2023. I wasn't paid for the agreed upon contract work; the founder just ghosted me when I submitted my invoices. More concerning that that, though, were some of the other unethical business practices I witnessed as part of my time there. I encourage any potential contractors (or employees) to trust their guts if they're moving through the hiring process (or starting to work at this company) and something feels off to them. I've never had a more negative consulting experience.

If this company does actually start up the pros would be that it started.
