Pros
It was a pleasant experience. Two parts process. The second part was through Zoom. It is a start-up company but with a different approach based on research which really attracted me. The interview with the CCO consisted of professional questions as well as a conversation about our field.
Cons
As the company is a start-up, it is taking a while to actually takeoff. I understand that paneling at insurance companies take forever but I applied and was hired in September. Now take off is projected in January.
