Vague, incomplete, and inconsistent technical instructions that made tasks harder than necessary. Expectation to produce high workloads despite limiting paid hours to four per day. Misleading or unclear discussions about potential full-time opportunities. Lack of professional structure and organization in the workflow and management style. Internship was shortened unexpectedly, creating personal, academic, and financial disruption. Limited recognition or support for the actual time and effort required for assigned tasks.
