The CEO Andrew is: - Demeaning and rude - Only cares about his bottom line, not his employees. - Overworks individuals - Pushes people down when they fall and they are trying to get back up - uses mean language and swearing towards others - doesn't really care about his clients like he says he does - Never polite - insults people left right and centre - Axiom Real-Time Metrics is: - Not supportive of personal growth - Doesn't give you a real contract unless you chase it - Bad employee support program - negative work culture - Gossip occurs daily - our PM team was very disorganized and rude - SOPs are not taken seriously - Expected to be on call 24/7 7 days per week
