Pros

fully remote work setup, which gives you flexibility and a good work-life balance. diverse team of individual contributors who are talented and passionate about what they do.

Cons

leadership and exec team lacks diversity, which affects decision-making and the overall culture. the product isn’t very competitive, making it hard to stay motivated and keep up with changing expectations. priorities are always shifting, causing confusion and making it tough to focus on what really matters. the company talks about valuing transparency, but a lot of decisions are made behind closed doors, leaving us in the dark. most managers don’t seem equipped to lead, adding to the chaos and frustration. high turnover, with many people leaving because of these ongoing issues. team members held accountable for outcomes influenced by factors beyond their control, particularly when potential clients don't move forward with product.
