Everything!
Work life balance. You are allowed to work over time, but you are not required to.
Management really knows what they are doing and looks at the individual first.
Employee development! They really want their employees to grow. Does not only see them as one head count, but as an individual thats there to grow in the company.

Maybe the growth speed (hiring 1 person approximately every day) might cause a problem in the long run.
