Pros

Great company culture. We live it not just put it on a website to attract candidates. Strong leadership and clear vision on company direction. Positive and encouraging work atmosphere. Colloberative and inclusive leadership Very innovative company with new and exciting technologies New exciting projects outside of core responsabilities for those that want to do more. Long term strategic focus. Not driven solely by revenue. People come first. Exchange program for those that want to try something new. Sabbatical programs Great company in a great industry. Sales kick offs are alot of fun and help keep everyone informed. Monthly meetings keep everyone informed on how the business is doing.

Cons

Opportunites for advancement in some roles can be limited unless relocating or switching business functions are an option for you. If you can be patient and invest the time into the company it can pay off.

Pros

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Cons

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
