Better negotiate a good raise in joining since yearly raises are pretty non-existent.. Employee growth vertically fairly non-existent ... Can afford to turn a blind eye on non performance, due to high global growth. CORE values can get compromised at times..will need to sort out policies when growth crunches to sub optimal levels.
