Pros

Excellent Product Focus.. Invests a lot in Product development. Market Innovator and always a step ahead of the Market. Excellent pool of helpful and considerate employees.. Good growth posted.. but tapering a bit..

Cons

Growth is tapering.. IP surveillance was the biggest winner..Threats looming from companies like GOOGLE.. Internet of things to come soon. Unsure if they can ride the next wave here.. Regions mostly follow directions from HQ.. Rapid growth in employee and Revenue, but lacks consistency in HR policies or a open policy on benefits. Known to be scrimp on employee increments but can go and hire a replacement at double the pay compromising growth and continuity. Better negotiate a good raise in joining since yearly raises are pretty non-existent.. Employee growth vertically fairly non-existent ... Can afford to turn a blind eye on non performance, due to high global growth. CORE values can get compromised at times..will need to sort out policies when growth crunches to sub optimal levels. Competition biting hard at toes.

Pros

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Cons

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
