      Had a strong corporate culture - Think Big , Act as One, etc. Colleagues encouraged to align with right values.

      Cons

      Became extremely political as it expanded.. Doesn't reward performers who believed in core values.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
