Great culture meaning the best of a medium sized company. No politics (yet?). Fun environment, great colleagues and an easy pace which buys you time to grow within if you know how to take the lead. Many organised activities (fun) and no back-stabbing whatsoever.
Cons
A somehow limited career-growth. Sometimes hard to move projects and ideas forward. Salaries are a bit modest.

Salary pay was not the highest, but benefits package was great
Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company.
There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales.
Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales.
Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
