Pros

Great product solving real cybersecurity problems. Smart, motivated team that’s still pretty humble for a company growing this fast. Feels like there’s a lot of opportunity ahead.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a fast-scaling company. Some shifts in strategy and leadership over time as the company matures. The current roadmap is strong.

Pros

Axonius is genuinely one of the best companies I've had the privilege to work at. The culture isn't just a talking point on a slide, it's something you feel from day one. The people are smart, kind, and deeply collaborative. Everyone is aligned around the same values, and that alignment shows up in how decisions are made, how teammates treat each other, and how the company handles hard moments.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to find real cons. Like any high-growth startup, things move fast and priorities can shift but that's part of the energy, not a flaw. If you want a slow, predictable environment, this might feel intense. I personally loved it.
