Seem to have an informal policy where they do not promote people from within to management positions leading to the hiring of external "people experts" who have no idea how the job works and aren't interested in learning. Extremely inefficient internal processes leads to constant friction between teams and only customer-facing teams take any responsibility. Low wages for an ever increasing job role.
