Leadership is egotistical with passive-aggressive tendencies, constantly demanding more and expecting immediate responses during off-hours. They make you feel guilty for not being available 24/7. The company doesn't provide proper tools - you'll need to use your personal computer, then get criticized when files aren't immediately available on company machines because they don't provide necessary software licenses. Everyone in this company experiences bullying from leadership. The only way to maintain good relations is to act submissively and echo the boss's opinions, even when pointing out obvious dysfunctions. They want Uber-level quality but provide low startup-level resources and support.
