Sad to watch it fail - Shift Lead B&Q Employee Review

The last 8 weeks I'm watching the business fail. They are reporting amazing profits but their people are suffering. Zero work balance, people stretched to the brink. Not enough staff to get even basic jobs completed. There are not enough staff to help customers or even stock shelves any more. It's so sad to see what it's become because of people in an office making decisions about when they don't understand.
