I'm an optimistic person, and I wouldn't take the time to write this unless I genuinely wanted to help someone live a better happier life. Your hard work will not be appreciated and there is very little empathy at the company. The lack of communication and respect are a consistent theme here. You will find gossiping and people whispering in corners. Most of the employees are very unhappy and complain. It's not uncommon to have people crying over the phone about their jobs because they are being treated poorly. People will get fired over text messages. In one day your paycheck and role could completely change, without any discussion or conversation. There is very little job security. I went into the job with an open mind despite being warned about certain people, including the CEO/Founder. I want to say that it is true and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend looking for something else. Talented people enter that office and the company lets them slip through the cracks because of these very issues. It's a terrible company. You are underpaid and undervalued. They do not care about you. These reviews are SPOT on. Trust me it is that bad. There is nothing to be gained here. You will walk away feeling like you wasted time. Although, now I know exactly what I don't want in a company.
