No HR department No Employee Contracts Promised 2 Evaluations per year with raise potential- there was no evaluation over the course of a year and when asked, we were told that it was pointless because "there was no room for raises in the budget" Hours cut unexpectedly and drastically to "fit the budget" Promotions and raises given and then taken away because it "no longer fits the budget" Benefits are extremely unaffordable Sales goals are given in the beginning of the month and then change towards the end of the month if employees are performing better than expected to avoid having to pay them a bonus. No Regional Manager / Corporate Support or Communication Owners seem completely disinterested Hired individuals for positions that are actually unavailable on multiple occasions, and promise almost instant promotion just to later come in and say the position no longer exists Unbelievably high turnover rate in employees Fire hardworking employees to bring in friends of the family as favors constantly In another store, an employee moved across the country after being promised the ability to transfer to the store near her new home and then after scheduling the move, they said the position is "no longer in the budget" No suggestions welcomed, emails constantly remained unanswered if sent to anyone higher than your position outside the store environment

Very toxic environment, Founders favor a select few even when those ppl showing and conducting highly offensive bullying behavior. Had such high turn over at both the senior leadership level, all the way down to entry level. People talk about other ppl NOT behind their back but within ear shot of that person and right out in the open. Feels like a cliche high school movie. Founders do not have business acumen and make poor and impulsive decisions. Run through CEO's like candy. Would not recommend this working environment to anyone. AVOID!
