      BASF focuses on sustainability and safety in everything they do. The culture is very inviting and there are tons of opportunities internally

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any downsides to my experience. I am just typing to try to reach the 20 work minimum on this review

      Good 401k and double time on the weekends

      No bonuses vacation is crap for new hires, only 2 weeks.
