      - die Kollegen waren sehr nett - Benefits - es schien ein angenehmes Klima in der Abteilung

      -Von Flexibilitaet keine Spur, auch wenn darueber jeder geschwaermt hat. Wenn man aus dem Ausland kommt in der derzeitigen Coronasituation (11/12-2020), anstatt einen Laptop zu schicken um die Sache zu vereinfachen, wird auf irgend etwas gepocht, was idR kein Problem darstellen sollte, zumal nicht der AG fuer die Steuern zustaendig ist, sondern der Angestellte, in dem Fall, d.h. Bevormundung. Von daher kam es erst nicht zu einem Arbeitsstart, obwohl ich diesen gerne zum vereinbarten Termin wahrgenommen haette.

      Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

      Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
