The company trusts in every employee. The autonomy you have in completing your work and the flat hierarchies in the office are a big plus and make it easy to improve existing processes and voice your ideas. As the office in Madrid is still very new, the majority of employees is young, highly motivated and embraces changes and new technologies. I consider BASF in Madrid a great place to work and learn.
