      Great people to work with. We always enjoy team meetings, team building, and social events together

      Not enough minority leaders. Most of the minority employees are leaving due to the lack of promotions and diversity in management.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible
