      Pros

      Large stable European based company that looks long term not qtr. to qtr. in their analysis of investment / hiring decisions

      Cons

      Large German company that creates 2 procedures for every 1 it tries to reduce. Company mgmt. also at time manages in fear of an audit finding (even minor ones) , not making sure they do the right thing for company / employee.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Cons

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
