Pros
Great Benefits including, gym, gym reimbursement, full tuition reimbursement,. Ability to develop cross functionally if you have a supportive manager
Cons
Lack of diversity. Recruit from schools that lack diversity. Lots of focus and expense on college recruits (PDPS) but no contract to stay. Many get experience and leave to next best thing. No "family" feeling, people very corporate , not many social events.
