If you aint in the buddy system, you get fudged over. If you aint liked, you wont move up or around unless they moving you out the door. Work life balance is a joke. They force you in when they want. And they shut down when they want. The bonuses are catered to them keeping most of it. What they want you to do to obtain it is not serious.
