People are mostly friendly. They don’t care about time management, so the life is pretty easy if you are coming from a fast pace environment. Flexible working hours.
Cons
Most colleagues entered the company since graduation, and work till retirement. And therefore, they are not familiarise with modern company style. It takes time to explain to them what is the right thing to do. Internal promotion is based on network instead of performance.
