Pros

The only pro is mental health benefits are included.........BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT.

Cons

Toxic work environment, with back-stabbing and lying within leadership.Weekly, there are several employees being fired or harassed until they finally resign. No teamwork or common mission in this company. Lots of dysfunction that seeps into your career and life - right before your eyes. There is no support from leadership because they are too busy fighting amongst themselves. They fire people so they can pay for the CEO's salary and all of the fractional executives that come in and out.

Pros

- Decent(ish) pay and benefits

Cons

Disclaimer: I want you to make your own decision about working for this company, but I'm sharing this information so that you also know what you're about to get into. If you're looking for a company with decent-ish pay and benefits and don't care about the working environment/culture, then by all means, work here. Just don't believe anything they tell you and keep your options open, because they will burn you in the end. Not trying to be mean, just being honest. If, however, you value ethical standards, believe in treating people decently, and want honesty from your leadership, this is not the place for you. Here is what you can expect: They will feed you all kinds of "people-first" messaging in the interview. If you get the job, you may even feel like it's true for a little while. Fairly quickly, though, you'll pick up on how they actually treat people, the constantly revolving door, and the hypocrisy of your (often underqualified, if not totally inept) leaders. You can choose to put up with this for as long as you want, or until you are very suddenly let go due to no fault of your own. This company may present a decent opportunity to pay the bills for a little while, just don't trust anyone and keep your options open.

At BB Imaging, we strive to create a positive and supportive environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered in their roles. If we fell short in your experience, we take that seriously. We recognize that every person’s journey with us is unique, and we are always looking for ways to improve. That’s why we’ve taken intentional steps this year to strengthen employee voice, including the debut of our Advisory Group—a team dedicated to shaping the future of BB Imaging by fostering collaboration, strengthening culture, and providing a direct line to leadership. Additionally, we’ve implemented employee-led improvements to our company-wide, anonymous Pulse Survey, ensuring better questions, a more effective cadence, and meaningful outcomes that drive real change.
