Pros
- There are many good people in this company
Cons
- I was fooled when I joined this company to think that the company cares about you. If you look at their PR, this is all the CEO talks about it. In practice, there is ZERO care in this company. - Very low salaries (compared to industry), no extra perks - Most of the top-level managers are never around, yet they expect you to work very long hours so that they can meet their quota (or you will be fired). The CEO and her VPs are almost always out of the office or is traveling. - Office politics is strong. You know that if you bend over, your career will progress quickly. As soon as you speak up, either you are fired or you are isolated. - No job security. One day, you have a job and the next day you are gone. And no one knows why. - They try to cover this up with a rosy picture by their PR.
